PG&E Power Outages Today - Thursday, Feb 19th
We are experiencing intermittent and some prolonged power outages today. PGE has identified this as due to the storm, but we do not know when power will resume. You will not be able to reach us by phone during an outage. Your emails and portal orders will be received, but please expect delays in our processing time and correspondence. Apologies for any inconvenience.

OUR REGULAR OFFICE HOURS ARE:


- Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
(Telephone access closed 11:00am to 1:00pm)
- Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
(Telephone access closed 11:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 4:00pm)

Orders can be placed 24/7 via our portal or via email (using our standard order form).
Orders placed by 4:00pm each business day will be processed that day and scheduled for service the following business day.
When placed after hours (after 4pm), orders will be processed the following business day.

In our daily service areas, we provide next day service with all orders are typically completed within 2-3 working days.

Our service days are Monday through Friday.

We close for the following holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. Specific closure information will be provided before each holiday.
