Holiday Closure
Please note that our office will be closed for the holidays from Friday, December 19th, 2025 through Friday, January 2nd, 2026. During our closure you will not be able to reach us by phone. Orders received during this time via Portal and email will be processed on a limited schedule. Please see the schedule below. We will resume our normal business schedule in the new year on Monday, Jan 5th, 2026.
Holiday Schedule:
- Dec 19th through Jan 2nd - office closed for phone contact (portal and email still open to receive orders)
- Orders received Thursday, Dec 18th by 4:00pm will be scheduled for service on Friday, Dec 19th
- Orders received Dec 19th - Dec 23rd by 12:00pm (Noon) will be scheduled for service on
Wednesday, Dec 24th
- Orders received
after 12:00pm (Noon) Dec 23rd - Dec 30th by 12:00pm (Noon) will be scheduled for service on
Wednesday, Dec 31st
- Orders received
after 12:00pm (Noon) Dec 30th - Jan 2nd, will be processed upon our return on Jan 5th and scheduled for service on
Tuesday, Jan 6th.
We provide daily service in our standard coverage area. If not completed next day, all orders are typically completed within 2-3 working days.

OUR REGULAR OFFICE HOURS ARE
:
- Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (Telephone access closed 11:00am to 1:00pm)
- Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (Telephone access closed 11:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 4:00pm)
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our portal or via email (using our standard order form).
Orders placed by 4:00pm each business day will be processed that day and scheduled for service the following business day.
When placed after hours (after 4pm), orders will be processed the following business day.
In our daily service areas, we provide next day service with all orders are typically completed within 2-3 working days.
Our service days are Monday through Friday.
We close for the following holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. Specific closure information will be provided before each holiday.
