Juneteenth Closure
Please note that we will be closed on Friday, June 19th for the Juneteenth holiday. During our closure you will not be able to reach us by phone. Orders received via Portal and email may be delayed in response until Monday, June 22nd.
Holiday Schedule:
- Orders received Thursday, June 18th will be scheduled for service on Monday, June 22nd.
- Orders received on Friday, June 19th may be delayed in processing. We will process orders received through 12:00pm on 6/19, and schedule them for service on Monday, June 22nd, as is possible. Otherwise, order requests sent Friday will be scheduled for service on Tuesday, June 23rd.
If you need an installation before the weekend of June 20th, be sure to place your order early in the week, as there will be no driver routes on Friday, June 19th.
We provide daily service in our standard coverage area. If not completed next day, all orders are typically completed within 2-3 working days.

OUR REGULAR OFFICE HOURS ARE

- Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
(Telephone access closed 11:00am to 1:00pm)
- Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (Telephone access closed 11:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 4:00pm)
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our portal or via email (using our standard order form).
Orders placed by 4:00pm each business day will be processed that day and scheduled for service the following business day.
When placed after hours (after 4pm), orders will be processed the following business day.
In our daily service areas, we provide next day service with all orders are typically completed within 2-3 working days.
Our service days are Monday through Friday.
We close for the following holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. Specific closure information will be provided before each holiday.
